ALL CAMERAS FROM URBAN OUTFITTERS

I am to the point where I think I am in love! In love again for the first time in many years! Seeing things in a new light and feeling oh so excited about it. This is no ordinary love, because of course it is not with a person! It is with my camera, and for the first time in years I feel excited again to take pictures. What brought me back from the grave? Well for starters my daughters senior pictures. That was so much fun taking them that I was excited...from there I have been taking more photos artistically this year then in many years before ( and folks I went to school for photography!!!) The second thing that got me so excited is my infatuation for Lomography! I am just starting to dabble in it a bit and only own a simple HOLGA, but Lomography is so stunning and artistic, there is so much about it that makes a photograph come alive. Something about  that TTV look seams so raw and beautiful! It's fun and everywhere. Before My Daughter went back to school  she a tad bit reluctant, agreed to a little photo shoot out side...mind you it's a whopping 28 outside. On top of this the salvation army skirt I grabbed very hastily said size 7. What I didn't realize that it was a size 7 girls and was accidently in the woman's section. So with a pair of shorts to cover her rear we cut and safety pined the skirt to the side of her shorts. The the coat of corse helped cover her as well. It took about 20 minutes of very quick snapping, it was freezing outside!! But she was a trooper and I got some fun pics out of the bunch, she on the other hand got to eat the sucker!

I want to take off running in 2010!!! I  for the first time have made a New Years Resolution, as a matter of fact I have made many!!!  I am eager and excited to start them! I don't know about anyone else, I'm sure everyone has there challenges, but my one big challenge is starting something and following through to the finish!  I have a very difficult time with this because usually the house is a mess. And I go to put things away and realize that the closets need to be organized and then the kids dressers are a disaster, then someone is sick or the PTA needs extra help.......wiat a minute wasn't I just starting something!!! (LOL!) Then..well I have to place what I started aside, because I have to fill on order, work late, clean up the cat vomit and so on. next thing you know the seasons have changes and I then tuck that project I had started away for the following season, but then the following season forgot where I placed it!!!
NO MORE!!!!!This year already started off challenging but I just have to work harder to get what I want.... be more organized and follow a friggen schedule! ..I am ready 2010, I am ready to make you a great year!
